◆Tentative
programme: With the permission of the owner, the designer or
technician of Archibal Company will in person measure and observe
the on-the-spot environment and produce the plane figure, or
the owner offers us the plane figure, the designer or technician
will study whether the request of the owner is feasible before
they obtain scene design inspiration. After communicating with
the owner, they will make out plane disposition according to
plane scheme; make the tentative programme confirmation and
the fabrication cost confirmation. We offer free service on
this stage. |

◆Design:
As soon as we get your plain drawing, our designers will investigate
the spot personally, consider what you need. If you agree, we
will make an agreement on confirm, and give a quoted price,
designers will provide detail drawing and detail price. And
your opinions will be always welcome. Price and drawing must
express every project dimension、way of operating、materials (including
the types) by design company. You must go through every item
of the project fully carefully.

◆Confirmation: If you are satisfied
with the design and the price we provided, we can sign the contract.
The contract includes: names、project contents、fee for design、way
to pay for、and the solutions. Contract has two pieces, each
has one piece.

◆Contract: The contract generally includes
the following contents: Name of both sides, project content,
quality requirement, fitting up expenses, term of payment, time
limit of construction, the obligations and responsibilities
of both sides, solution to disputes, etc. The enclosure includes:
quotation sheet of divided projects, drawing and material sample.
Both the contract and enclosure are in duplicate. Each side
holds one.

◆Start: We will check the quality of the project with the propriertors.
Archibal company specialties will check on the quality whenever
they find the problems. We will solve the problem at once. Hidden
engineering will be done again under each other's agreement.

◆Check:
The completed project will be checked and accepted by the proprietors.
If they have any additional engineering, Archibal company will
make an additional expenditure and another contract. |

◆After-sale
service: We will offer the after-sale service according to the
stipulations of country and locality. The part which country
and locality have no stipulation of after-sale service, we also
offer free service for one year to owner. |
